Very courteous and friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, unusual drinks
The coctails are really tasty. İts inside the in Ritz Carlton Hotel, so you can enter from its entrance. İt seems fancy, but the prices are affordable. The waiters and barmaids are very friendly. The only thing that bothers us is the unpleasant smell inside.
Great concept for cocktail menu - especially how they interpret the reflection of each traditional cocktail menu. Service is perfect.
Lovely bar, wonderful staff and delicious drinks
Very pleasant atmosphere, no loud music, very friendly and courteous staff (water glass is constantly being refilled). Nuts and chips are served right at the beginning, great selection of cocktails that taste great and look great too.
Good drinks BUT I'm upset about the bad service! Since no jacket was taken from us and there were no coat hooks in sight, the winter jackets were placed on the bench and pushed around. My winter coat was also hung over the back of the bench, where there was a candle behind it (NOT VISIBLE!!). My jacket now has a burn hole which I was very upset about. There was neither an apology nor any accommodation from the service staff. On the contrary, in the end a cocktail that had been brought incorrectly was left on the bill, which was not understood and canceled despite an explanation to the staff. For this reason, despite paying the bill including a tip, we still had to pay for this cocktail. None of the errors were acknowledged or apologized for, even though another error had already occurred during payment (for which we even showed understanding beforehand). None of these incidents should happen given the price range of the drinks. Things could have been much more dangerous for a female guest with long hair. I am very disappointed and sad about the irreparable damage to my jacket and the inattention of the service staff.
This bar has a great atmosphere, unique takes on the cocktail menu with classic cocktails and new twists on classics. Highly recommend. Sara and Gregor were great bartenders!
